Mr. Goldfinger appears to be confused about the difference between institutional ownership and insider ownership.

The original post (#reply-5836548) was about a 5% increase in institutional ownership. The SI shares are counted under insider ownership. These are, of course, two different categories.

The correct point to make about that earlier post was that a 5% increase in institutional ownership on such a small base was not a material change.
