Despite the Buy rating from Merrill, this stock just keeps getting wacked. Has anyone seen anything negative to warrant this sell-off?

While in Ottawa last week, I drove past JDS Fitel's headquarters and saw both the old building and the new one on the new campus, and I suspect there's been some disruption simply because of the change over. Since this is a bit speculative, I've put a call in to the company to ask their response.
