I look at it this way -- if he doesn't cut, look out below. If he cuts 1/2 point or more it means he sees some serious trouble on the horizon -- a real danger of a very strong deflation, but that's just my junior economic analysis. I don't have any training in that field (who knows -- that may be a real +, eh?)

Wish I could borrow at 10 or 15:1 and only risk the loss of my capital! I'd probably spread some money out among 5 - 10 good bets and make a killing.
