I'm fairly certain Globex doesn't even open up till sometimes later this afternoon/evening. Just watch for a change in the quote to figure out when it finally opens - didn't you wonder why they haven't changed an iota? Fed will not do an unch - the world will crash. End of story. At least 1/4 and very well 1/2, not that will necessarily help turn the tide. Regards, IS
