Since you persist, to bring up that post from May, L Michael. Were the shares sold from 4/9/97 to 1/27/98, or not, according to the filings. Was it during the application period for a Nasdaq listing or not ????

The above is dated Jan. 12, 1998.
By the way, read this before making any assumptions. In my post and you quoted from it.
"One other curiosity is, why did or does Frank etal sell shares in Ftel while in the midst of their Nasdaq application for listing ????? No Storms here"
Pay attention to the " Did or Does ". Then go here and check the dates for the SEC filings submitted.

Yahoo must be mistaken, is that correct? Or those filing dates recorded erroneously. I did not record them
In July, Frank wrote the following
One last thing I want to share with you: I am still, by a wide margin, the largest shareholder in Franklin Telecom. I have stopped the 144 automatic filings because it has given the impression I was selling stock. I did this because I thought the price would be well over $10 at which point I would have sold a bit. I haven't sold a single share since January. With the prices at the current level, I have instructed my broker to buy more. You could say I don't actually need more Franklin stock, but I believe in putting my money where my mouth is-and in this case, I have a high degree of confidence that my investment is going to pay off.
In his own words in the above statement he says that the automatic filings may have given the impression he was selling. However, during the period of the two filings I referenced 697,330 shares were sold. |
