TM, I agree $40 seems to be a fair value for 3Com, if not more. However, it took Fore Systems three consecutive earnings that beat the street before it ran from $17-$27, and got investor confidence back. This may be happening to COMS, even though it is not a perfect comparison, just something to chew on. I expected 3Com to regain investor confidence sooner considering the breadth of 3Com's product offering in comparison to Fore. Matt
