According to the Forbes article, Michael is worth about $13B.

So, we know that the Texas lottery has two drawings per week:
* if someone could win the Texas lottery every drawing, and
* if the lottery always had a top prize of $4,000,000, and
* if the lottery always paid out a lump sum of $4,000,000, and
* if that person saved every dime of the prize money, and
* if that person never had to pay any taxes....

then in only 31.2 years, he would have a net worth = Michael's worth today. (Note: this calculation does not allow for any return on investing the lottery money--in DELL, for example.)
