Between 2:54 and 2:56 pm several 1000 share orders hit the bid. The type of action designed to drive the price down or a sell program. buying came in to drive the stock up at 2:56 pm but the stock did not fully recover from there. Some institution is accumulating the stock and drives the stock down every now and then to shake some players loose, is my guess.
