ROFL. You guys (on both sides of the fence) really crack me up when you fall all over yourselves trying to spin everything in your favor. Objectivity is completely out the window here. Gee, Win95 crashes on my Intel PC. It must mean that Intel didn't do enough testing. Damn those microprocessor vendors! Here is more info directly from MSFT: hardware.pairnet.com The files listed in the RESOLUTION section of this article contain initialization timing loops that fail to execute properly on the AMD-K6-2 processor at speeds of 350MHz and above. Note that this problem is due to limitations of the software algorithms, and is not indicative of a problem with the processor itself, which is functioning properly.
