Hi,Yong:
I have very little knowledge of the company except that a friend of mine, who has worked in telecom business for years, told me that they have an attractive technology, LMDS. You mentioned they have a valuable bandwidth license. I know that the 28 GHz region and associated bandwidth will be put up for auction by FCC soon. CVUS currently holds an exclusive license to operate in the NY area, but what will happen to the exclusive licence after the auction? Is it possible that CVUS might end up having to pay license fees to the winning bidder, as no doubt there will be many bidders in the auction, CVUS included? I would assume that CVUS will bid for the 28 GHz frequency region in other markets as well. This auction/license thing is mirky to me. Any clarification will be appreciated.
Happy Holidays!
David
