Yeah, as far as I know it was the acquisition that set Fore back to $20 from high of $27. Also, it didn't spike exactly from $17-$27, more like to $23, then trend continued to a high of $27 (see chart below, crazy activity). But remember COMS got waxed from high of $80 to $24 on one acquisition, except COMS acquisition of USR was considerably larger to 3Com as a whole than this current acquisition of Fore's.

Looking at the bright side COMS is still leading the Naz. COMS +1/4 Naz -4
