If memory serves me, CEO Nicolas and their CTO own around 23% each. Including equity holdings by other firms (like INTC, CSCO, GI etc), this is the basis of why I don't see that big of an overhang. I don't have exact figures handy but (hopefully) I don't see 15M shares being let go in one shot. As Dennis Miller would say: That's my opinion, I could be wrong <g> Regards, Pat
