Barry this may help! NASDAQ Delisting wwebber Sep 28 1998 1:01PM EDT Thermo Tech has been Given a warning by the NASDQ that they have failed to meet the listing requirements. They were informed the beginning of last week and now have 60 days to ensure the stock maintains the $1.00 bid requirement for a 10 consecutive day period. This was done around the 22 nd of Sep. Rene has till aprox the 22 nd of Nov to meet listing requirements of face a possible delisting
