But Clinton claims that she was the toucher and he the touchee. So, it is basically down to who touched whom, and whether the breasts were touched directly, or if there was a layer of clothing intervening??!! What a "weighty" question on which to decide whether or not the the leader of the Free World has to be removed from office! Jeez! Showing all the signs of a truly mature democracy, eh?! ;-) No wonder the Europeans are ROTFLTAO! Dipy.
