They have a hearing on the 30th and the court will find out if they, the one's mentioned in the lawsuit or order, was able to fulfill the COURT ORDERS.

As I understand it--but of course I may be wrong; the relevant press release was regrettably unclear on this point--the defendants in the AZNT lawsuit were simply enjoined from trading in the stock until the 30th. A further decision will be taken by the court at that time.

I'd guess this is the correct interpretation, given that--despite bmart's howls that they had to "cover immediately" (even though not all are short)--nothing whatsoever has happened.

(Sure you went to Stanford. Isn't basic English a requirement anymore?)
