How? I've asked others several times before, but no one will even venture a guess. I just don't see how this could possibly be accomplished before the mid-November open season on conversion, which would make the issue virtually moot anyway.

Also, I'm still waiting for someone who's confident that a GBIT/IGHS merger will upset the conversion applecart to simply speculate how that could happen beyond (1) the dilution being a lower percentage of the total shares because there'd be more total shares or (2) a belief that GBIT's price would rise, thus causing fewer shares to be converted. Or is this it?
