Yes Salah - As it was filed in Utah I see little impact on Novell on this one..." accused of preparing and distributing news releases containing untrue statements about Novell, according to the company's lawsuit filed last week in 3rd District Court." Also, it does show what they thought of the boards actions..." Bondiett in April filed a federal-court complaint alleging Novell's eight directors violated the U.S. Exchange Act by asking stockholders to re-elect them and approve an incentives plan at the company's annual meeting without adequately describing past management blunders." Perhaps this is behind us as several of these board members have found the exit door. I am concerned a little bit about Action Technologie's injunction (see my post #6161). Let's hope this one gets resolved in a timley manner and has little impact on earnings (according to Peter Troop). EKS
