I am not naive yet still find it hard to follow why
a company that has signed deal after deal, merges into
perhaps the biggest potential electronic billing force
on the planet, and has moved 12 points in few weeks
lacks interest. as for the insider problem, the SEC is
not implicating management of either company, and I agree
it will have no bearing.
