If the TA was trying to "sneak" in 4.480 mil shares, I would definitely FIRE them. With no hesitation. Thats the problem with this country, there are people thatyou can pay to look the other way...even if they know that it is not right. As far as I know....as far as I am concerned.....The freeze is still on, and the shares were cancelled.
