You're already paying plenty. I've never been in the South. You would probably pay the same or less. Because there are still herds of people not in the revenue stream at all. The efficiency is there. Look at the size of the industry. What portion is dedicated to the revenue end? And the only essential part is figuring the actuarial costs.

And ya get people off the road, revoke licenses, of reckless and drinking drivers. Period. That's a separate responsibility. And those people are the most often uninsured. A DUI in Oregon costs a license.
