Omer: Speaking of posting only occasionally, it turns out I'm posting today because I promised I would when the Worden distribution (selling) chart turned positive (accumulation/buying). It did so today! This indicator turned negative on Aug 4 and remained there for 36 consecutive days with 28 of these in the red zone (>25% on their scale) and 14 at the 100% level. This is pretty strong selling; hopefully, whomever was unloading has finished doing so.
The question of why this kind of selling was taking place in the face
of a good annual meeting and what appears to be positive news on the horizon remains. The continued high short interest is also perplexing.

The WSJ article may have been responsible for the uptick in the Worden indicator. Tomorrow's action should be interesting; but, I won't be posting tomorrow since I'll be attending Kol Nidre services.

For those who have a subscription to Barron's, Worden Bros had a full page ad in the most recent paper showing the indicator I've been watching. It was on pg. 2 under "Spot hidden buying and selling".

Good yontov to all!
Arnie
