I just listened to replay of conf. call and was very impressed with Joel Kocher. Some things I recall the Q was back end loaded they think due to 450mHZ intro and the new ad campaign. If I remember right calls were up 101% in August and continued into September. Mid size companies seemed to be a large part of the calls which they are targeting. One question was if muei was going after educational which answer was yes and if they were going after corperate. Joel reiterated that middle market and remote sites of fortune 500 co. were target areas but @ this time were not concentrating on main fortune 500 cos. This is not news Joel said early on when he got at muei that they weren't invited to the party, this is already owned by Dell, CPQ, HWP etc. Joel seemed upbeat to me and analyst seemed impressed with numbers and Joel's job well done. Notebooks were a problem that they are going to fix and are seeing results already. He forsees ASP's to stay where they are for the near term due to demand for PC's. I know I forgot alot so someone else can fill in missing info. Personally I see some upgrades coming, don't know just how much price will go up in next few days but I would say this is the season for Pc companies... more to come.
