This contradicts what Bill Wolters told me! He said only 5m outstanding with 3m of that in the float.

Ellen, note you said 50m authorized, this is the number I previously lacked. But if 37.5 are in the treasury and the remaining 12.5 are outstanding, that means there are no more shares to issue unless the treasury shares get reauthorized or the shareholders approve an increase in the authorized stock.

I will be out of the office tomorrow but will can the Company possible tomorrow or for sure on Wednesday to clear this up. Also, who is the transfer agent, let's go "straight to the horse's mouth".
