SYMBOL: DELL WASHINGTON (FFBN) -- Michael S. Dell, founder and chief executive officer at Dell Computer Corp., has registered to sell four million shares of the company's common stock, according to a Form 144 released today by the Securities and Exchange Commission. According to the filing, Dell intended to sell the shares over-the-counter on September 24. Goldman, Sachs & Co. was listed as the broker for the sale. As reported first by Federal Filings Business News, Dell last month sold a total of 2,100,000 million Dell shares.
