SEC FORM 10-K for Fiscal 1998 period ending June 30 1998. source: freeedgar.com >>Isnt the requirement for reporting due within 45 days from end of quarter 90 days...but generally [and allegedly] only pink sheet companies, OTC BBs, companies whom have something to hide or nothing to say or whose content contradicts the message represented pursuant to all press releases issued the previous 90 days...et al will play the '90 day' card...or to put this into perspective, neither MSFT, YHOO, CNWK, CSCO, SUNW, DTLN, OMGA, INTU et al ad infinitum play the 90-day card...
