GE is incapable of moving fast. Still, GE may pull this out of the fire if the collective has no real grounds to yank the concession at this time. Of course, the collective will probably have takeover approval rights, but if a good buyer is in the picture, the collective will probably accept. It is in their best interest to get the mining going and a profit in their pockets. Colleen
