I don't know about that. Since they were waiting for a decision, no new business was being taken. What happens to the already signed up customers? I think they can't go for new customers, but it's like the jury being told to disregard the evidence. More customers now know about QWST's services via the marketing plan. Even though they can't pro-actively market with the local providers, they've got their name already out there.

Fear will start the action, reason will prevail.
