Low and erratic volume and much flatline (bid and ask the same) ... very different from the recent past. Read somewhere the past week that the first rally after a big decline is noticed by very few. Most observers simply do not believe or even notice it. The second rally then gets the attention of a few others. By the time of the third rally, everyone takes notice and then it is too late. Also have picked up footnotes from Forbes and others that technoland, especially Silicon Valley, is getting a touch of the effects of the Asian Flu. There should be more opportunities at reasonable prices ready for a financial Rx. Ed Perry
