The SEC knows more than what you think they know, but that's the first time i've heard that excuse, where did you hear that ....lol....as if any of you hypsters have ever heard anything.

4 transfer agents in less than a year, that's more like a red tent over the company than a red flag.

I would think someone with a masters from Harvard could find a better job than hyping pennies.
