You're right, they are not making squat. Let's not fool ourselves. The company is in the infancy stage of what they are developing. They will file their financials, and I really don't think anyone should expect to see profits. So don't get all wigged out when you see them. It's normal for a company in their position.

Financing comes from lending institutions in the countries where DGIV is setting up. They put up the money in exchange for part of the profits. It's all a part of the negotiation, taking a memo of understanding to a final contract.

Since their customers are already on line, their marketing costs are very low. No need to advertise.

I have alot of opinions on this stock based on my DD. Although it pains me to see the stock at this level, I truly believe the company will succeed. I'm hoping it will be a blessing 3 months from now that I was able to purchase at these slashed prices.

Make no mistake about it, I'm disappointed with managements handling of the affairs as of late. Obviously, they have struggled in transferring from a private to public company. I feel that their recent hire of a good, conservative attorney is actually a good thing in the long run. Yea, I bashed him too, but let's face it, the company probably shouldn't be putting out memos of understanding. Even though its a very positive sign, it just makes sense to wait for the final contract and numbers.

The SB-10 was a major error in judgement. It's my opinion that the information that will drive this company are the contracts that Jimmy is trying to close right now. The SB-10 and financials aren't going to wow anybody. I think Jimmy wanted to put out the financials at the same time as the current contracts that he is working on, thus creating a damn we're not reporting a profit, but hey that's going to change quickly scenario. Just my opinion.

Obviously, Jimmy knows he screwed up, as evidenced by the massive selloff recently. He will try to win your confidence back with contracts. We've been hearing it for a while, but I don't think we're that far off. I think it would be good for all of us that are still here to step back, regroup, and give him a month or two to show us what he's been working on. When the contracts come, the numbers should speak for themselves. Institutions are and will be interested.

Until that first one happens, we will be at the mercy of the MM's. We've made their job easy. I can't blame anyone for selling, it's been frustrating for all. But I believe that selling right now would be as big of a mistake as buying at $ 8 was. Just my opinion. For what it's worth, I still feel they will push us down some more. Only volume buying will get us out in the short term. Could happen though. Their may be an institution out ther that Jimmy has convinced. They may want to get in before the next piece of news. We'll see.

Jimmy does care about the shareholder. As our price drops, it's only natural to get a little paranoid about the situation, and well we should be. He's not going to dillute the stock. This is not a scam. This is a stock subjected to the BB world, whereby a massive selloff coupled with shorting led us to this point. I'd be shocked if we tried to get off the BB through the SB-10 route. It's been well documented that he wants to merge, the right deal just hasn't come along yet. Paying too much for that opportunity only hurts the shareholders in the long run.

I still believe, therefore I stay.......and I buy. These are the facts as I see them. We all must form our own opinions. Yes I'm still concerned. I think that this next month is critical. Maybe it'll reflect in the share price, maybe it won't. The contracts are the key. If Jimmy builds them, they will come.

Good luck on your decision,

Kevin
