zonkie, I agree that if a person is only here for the 'short squeeze' they are either in possession of extremely sensitive information (which rivals black ops) or they are about two alligators short of a Louisianna swamp. There is no doubt that heavily shorted stocks are usually (but not always) damaged by prolonged shorting. This fact also hints at some rather sinister underpinnings. IMHO, one more day will not make a great deal of difference ... I do not subscribe to the notion that the 'squeeze is the game.' Maybe I'm wrong, but I see no reason to place great faith in the judicial system moving along any preordained timetable. Judges have been known to do strange things, and if this one grants an extension, or otherwise modifies the previously indicated path, the world will not end ... and IMHO, the stock will not be diminished. BTW: Are you going to reply to my questions in post #7319? Hogger
