I don't see any good news for SAP from the changeover in Government. They are obviously going to be on the "Swedish" model and increase the share of government in the GNP. SAP has the advantage of being able to move its operation out of Germany, as it is all software, not manufacturing, but the change certainly won't help the stock. Too bad, I was going to buy back in next year, but I think I will do better in other "techs" for the next couple of years. LindyBill
