KLCI issued a press release today stating that ore processing would begin next week. It also stated that the processing would be done at a plant designed and built under a contract with a private company.

The problem with this company is that it is impossible to perform any due diligence because there is no information available to the public.
There have been no SEC filings that I can locate.

Who is the private company that has built the plant? What is its relationship to Kelcord or its principals? What is the agreement with the company for processing the ore and how much does this dilute the income stream that we have long awaited for in KLCI, (not a related company)?

What happened to the supposed deal with Science Applications International Corporation, SAIC, that it would process the ore? The press release does state that negotiations are continuing with SAIC for the use of their plant in Idaho as an additional processing plant.
Are the terms of the processing agreement with the private company more or less favorable than the deal KLCI could make with SAIC?

If there is anything for real behind this company, why hasn't the company issued any audited financial information? The only releases I have ever found since the APPV/Accord merger are company generated press releases?

If anyone can provide further information, other that trust the company, it would be greatly appreciated.

The press release does provide a telephone number 516-244-1486.
