How about reasonable suspicion that both of them were more involved in the crime than they were willing to tell police - the evidence may not have borne it out in a jury trial and the prosecutor may have lost the case, but we'll never know that - in fact, we'll never know what all of the evidence showed. It is sounding all too familiar. Mr. K.
