Pink re:VTR Thanks for the response. Based on the tenant-risk, it sounds like the stock may improve when the REIT is issued, but will not jump to "fair" value (based on cash flow). That said, it may be a decent long but not a good Jan option play ... would that be your opinion? I never understood your cryptic messages when I was long MRVC, and I haven't yet made any trades on your advice, but I have seen the light. L'Shana Tova ** David
