Bobby, Zeev, et al. I spoke with Len Harris, Pres of CVR yesterday. He thought 1.70 was just tax loss selling (I believe it) and the company was not even trying to support the stock for that reason.

He gave me the following data on the Au/Ag mine in Mexico which I used for company valuation. They expect the mine to go into production in January (a month away). They expect to mine 100 tons/day at a cost of $105/ton, for a profit of about $260/ton. So, 100 tons/day times 25 days/month times $260/ton = $US650K/mo. Times 12 months = $US7.8 million annualized profit or $C10.5 million. Divide by 3.7 million shares = $C2.88/share profit. Wow !!! With a conservative P/E of 6 that translates to a $C17 share price. At todays price, that'll make CVR into a 10 bagger next year. (Note, Sc hasn't even been considered in this valuation.) Based on this info, I bought some more CVR today. I expect to have a merry Christmas (next year).

Besides Sc, another kicker Len mentioned was a verbal option he has recently made on an old Cominco property in Newfoundland. He said it is a Sed Ex type of Pb, Zn and Ag deposit, and he seemed real excited about its potential to make CVR into a much bigger company. They are doing du dilly on it now. Also mentioned that Falconbridge has an interest in their Voisey property east of Diamond Fields. He expects to begin posting some company news early next year and that ought to help the stock price to recover.

Enjoy the holidays, and good investing for next year !!
