insook-- i know the spin will make it look good, but IMHO, it is delusionary to think that intel is going to make a really sweet deal with MU. they could just as easily go to samsung, one of the japanese or taiwanese, etc. for this thing to look good, hell for it to even get done, MU has to be in a position of stregth. i dont see it. good luck to all, trey
