This was not the official press release by a notification from the VSE of approval. The officers own more than 50% of the outstanding shares of AmCan so a formal shareholder vote will not be necessary. They are waiting for peace in Sierra Leone to release a bunch of positive information. Pray for peace. ECOMOG and Civil Defense Forces are on what they hope to be the final offensive. You can bet the house that the government wants to take the rebels down before the end of the rainy season so foreign companies will come back in early November for the prime mining season which lasts November through June. Best way to see if the value of the company will increase is stay on top of the SL news. Once the rebels are taken down and the government releases some type of security program for foreign companies, the fun begins and the potential is definitely larger than ever before.
