rico, yes transfer agent was fired for assisting in the transfer of 4.480,000 shares of invalid stock. they shows us how the attempt to cover has failed. now all that is left is the injunction tommorow. Among the Orders entered by the Court to shut down this fraudulent operation are: (1) a Temporary Restraining Order to halt the securities sales and freeze the defendants' assets and (2) an Order appointing a Receiver to immediately secure the offices and assets of the corporate defendants. The SEC is also seeking in this lawsuit preliminary and permanent injunctions from future violations of Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 ("Securities Act"), and Sections 10(b) and 15(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") and Rule 10b-5 thereunder, disgorgement of ill-gotten profits and money penalties now all parties will be in contempt of court, there will be fines and sanctions. they will disgorge the 4 million shares from there frozen accounts. soon we will see shorts killing each other for stock to cover. when the dtc lifts freeze rico this will be like running with the bulls! spider
