This is very very dangerous territory, be very very careful. The SEC is also seeking in this lawsuit preliminary and permanent injunctions from future violations of Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 ("Securities Act"), and Sections 10(b) and 15(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") and Rule 10b-5 thereunder, disgorgement of ill-gotten profits and money penalties You have posted that the SEC is also seeking in this lawsuit... who told you this? This has now become very dangerous.
