Just a general comment: I will not be happy if the 'tax value' of this is distribution turns out to be much greater than the stock value. Am I the only one with such impeccable timing? Three times, I have cashed in capital gains or been issued capital gains only to see the price drop significantly. I just so love to pay taxes on gains that disappear immediately after the gains are calculated! Jeff Vayda
