Rajala, Jozef, wherever industrial policies have been tried they have failed? How about the ex-Soviet Union, for the ultimate example of industrial policy, or the whole Asia mess. How about ESTI, and their regulation that is going to deny benefits of CDMA in Europe until the next century. Joe
