This news release is completely misleading. The numbers they state do not compare apples to apples. The 4 million the MD has registered seems to be on a post-split basis; the number of shares that MD has is on a pre-split basis. After the split earlier this month, MD owns twice the number of shares, and thus the 4 million as a percentage of his shares comes to less than 2%. Dell-icious
