Oh, Brooke,

Since you are the muse of writing code as well as some of the other gentle arts I hope you will forgive this rather dull problem compared to the cups and saucers you have been banging around.

I have six rather simple scans which compile lists of stocks which are up a point, down a point, gap open a point etc.
To compile my statistics I run my scans, then open the lists in the spread sheet to get discover the count.

I thought that it would be a simple thing to combine the scans into one and have Q+ calculate the statistics going back a hundred days or so, but then realized that the variables are reset for each new symbol that gets processed.
Is there any way around this? Is there a way to use global variables?

I would be eternally grateful for any inspiration that should fall from your hands.

L.L.
