<<Who is the private company that has built the plant? What is its relationship to Kelcord or its principals? What is the agreement with the company for processing the ore and how much does this dilute the income stream that we have long awaited for in KLCI, (not a related company)?>>

As far as I know, there is no relationship between the company that has built the plan and klci or his principals.

<<What happened to the supposed deal with Science Applications International Corporation, SAIC, that it would process the ore? The press release does state that negotiations are continuing with SAIC for the use of their plant in Idaho as an additional processing plant.
Are the terms of the processing agreement with the private company more or less favorable than the deal KLCI could make with SAIC?>>

SAIC deal is very close. I think they may start processing at SAIC very shortly too. That would be the second plant in operation for Kelcord. By the way, SAIC is a multi-billion dollar company, so Kelcord's association with SAIC should give klci very badly needed legitimacy.

<<If there is anything for real behind this company, why hasn't the company issued any audited financial information? The only releases I have ever found since the APPV/Accord merger are company generated press releases?>>

I have been pressing the company for more than a year for audited financials. Both Dave McHam and Don Rose have told me recently that audited financials for fiscal year ending September 98 should be forthcoming over next three months.

For all other questions, I would call the company at 516-244-1486 and speak to Don Rose. He will be to able to give you more detailed information. Try him this week though, since he will be going to the plant sight for the commencement of the commercial processing next week.
