Pat: Thx for your response on Switches. NT uses the Magellan Vector as an edge switch and the Magellan Concorde on the main. The later is currently scaleable to 80Mbits/s. In todays annual meeting with the Analyst, NT indicated that the global growth in the Telcom world for the next 3 yrs was pegged at 14%/yr. That figure was lower than previous projections and indicates competition is increasing and is going to be intense in the coming years.

NN has projected much higher growth figures. As the change is made to
Voice over IP, the customers be it the large Enterprise Networks or
Carriers are likely to demand a turnkey job.

Do you really believe that NN will do better on its own rather than sellout to LU or ERICY?.
