I have been following AQSE and CYAN for a while and I talk to reps. from both companies every few weeks. I would like to make a few comments:

1. Note that AQSE has well over 30 million shares out while CYAN has only 11 or so (this is a 3:1 relationship). In addition, AQSE will need to issue at least another 10 million shares to get some cash for construction (maybe more). Thus, a 0.50$ price for a share of AQSE is equivalent to a price of $2 for CYAN (CYAN is at $6.50 now)

2. CYAN has already 60 acres under production and 8+ million $ in cash to build another 75 acres over the next 18 months. CYAN is well established and is growing at more than 50% a year. AQSE says that they can be in full production in 15 months. I live in Hawaii and I have been involved in several aquaculture projects in these islands. My guess is that it will be at least 3 years before they are in full production. First, they have to raise the cash, then getting the permits in Hawaii is a 2 year process, then construct and shake-down of the facility, etc.. I would say 3 years at least. The site in Kona has all the Federal and State permits already in place and a lot of infrastructure like seawater, etc. and that is why many small companies go there. Sure, it is more expensive to develop the land in Kona, but you save a lot of time and $$ in permits and down time.

3. CYAN has emphasized that they do not even know why AQSE got a patent. They say the method has been public knowledge for the last 30 years, and they do not see they are going to have any problem with AQSE. They believe that in case AQSE tries to sue them, they can overturn the court order in 1 day.

4. He guys, I am not trying to put AQSE down. I am trying to be realistic. I am following AQSE closely and I think it has long term potential. If things develop right I will be with them for the long run. However, for the time being (at least next year), CYAN is the company to go with. You can read my letter under CYAN for recent info. on this company. Good luck,

John
