Yup! Sure looks like it. At the interest rate announcement/sell off, the bid on IBIS dropped 1/2 but the ask dropped 1/16. "The last" never changed.

I've been asking on the AAPL thread, but no one has answered yet. I've noticed that Datek's "the last" is not always the last transaction on Live!Quote's transaction list. There is usually several transactions at a price above or below "the last" in the list as an "ask" or a "bid" but chronologically after the one quoted by Datek. Is there a mechanism at play here that I am unaware of? It seems to me that "the last" ought to mean the last transaction.

Do you know anything about this? Have you ever noticed?
