Do you mean things like at first saying TON will be in 50 of RETN's stores and then a few days later saying it will be in 250 of their stores when RETN's 10-K says they have 13 stores? How about 2,000 stores by the end of October and 5 minutes later 2,500 stores by the same deadline. How about being in every mall in the USA by the end of October, or trying to insinuate that their products will cure every disease known to man.
