There is nothing wrong that I know of except for the continued selling. What is negative is that people are selling for no good reason. You don't have to believe me. I implore you to call either CLCK's CEO Ken Klotz or their advisor Michael Markow at World Wide Corporate Finance. Ask some questions. See what you think? Obviously even if you like what you hear there is no guarantee the stock will reverse it's recent course and head higher.
